Meet Ross, the Founder and Maker of Switch Frames.
Ross has been picture framing for over 30 years; fair to say he has perfected his craft. His business is better known as 'Exclusive Picture Framers', and he set up a workshop at home long before #wfh was trending. Exclusive Picture Framers has been custom framing family portraits, wedding photos, sporting memorabilia, artworks, crafts, records - the list goes on - for decades. There is nothing that Ross hasn't framed.
Ross' three girls have grown up around the workbench, but now it's his grandchildren that are frequenting the workshop. Ross' eldest daughter recently said to him: "Dad, I need something that I can put artwork in. I need to get everything off my fridge but it has to be as easy as using a magnet to change the kids' paintings". With that, Switch Frames was born and the next generation of picture framing has arrived.
Switch Frames aims to provide a flexible solution for families, creatives and art lovers to display and interchange their favourite art. We celebrate and encourage creativity and design.
We are a family run business with a focus on sustainable practices and Switch is proudly handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia. Our design process is considered with a focus on reducing waste. This is a multiple use item. It is not disposable, will grow with you and is designed to last. aurie has been planning weddings for the past decade. Before becoming a wedding planner she managed trade shows and events in the fashion industry.
